The present disclosure relates to a spine connecting rod comprising a rod and a resilient structure. The rod comprises a movable rod, a fixed rod and a cover, and the cover is located between the fixed rod and the movable rod, for fixing the movable rod and the fixed rod. The resilient structure is covered by the rod to provide elasticity in the rod. The spine connecting rod provides excellent fixation on the patient’s spine, and is able to respond to the lateral, anterior or posterior movements of the patient's spine on a range of limited angles. For example, the movements may include flexion or extension.
