In addition, provided is a method for preparing detoxified sulfur, the method comprising the following steps: providing a mixed enzyme solution having a concentration of 5-20% by diluting a mixed enzyme of alcalase and Viscozyme TML with water obtaining detoxified sulfur by immersing sulfur in the solution and aging the same for 6-7 days making the detoxified sulfur into a liquid phase by heating the detoxified sulfur at 110-120°C, and then adding an alkali solution into the same to maintain a pH of 9-11 and, subsequently, obtaining heavy metal hydroxide inserting the heavy metal hydroxide, obtained in the earlier step, into activated carbon, agitating the same for 10 minutes or longer, and then inserting a coagulant, and filtrating and performing the separation with a high pressure dehydration device and obtaining particulates as final products by neutralizing a filtrate, with weak acid, to have a pH of 7.5-8.5. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing detoxified sulfur has simple processes, requires low production costs, and is capable of mass production. The detoxified sulfur is not eliminated even when the detoxified sulfur is mixed into feed for poultry, livestock, fish and shellfish, and so on.
