The present invention provides a URAT1 inhibitor compound and application thereof, and the compound itself or its pharmaceutical acceptable salt are represented as formular (I). From the experiments, these compounds can have good inhibiting performance toward the uric acid transport by the hURAT1 in the HEK293 transfected cells, indicating that these compounds have perspectives for treating hyperuricemia or metabolic arthritis.本發明公開了一類URAT1抑制劑化合物以及該類化合物的應用，其爲式（I）結構所示的化合物或其藥學上可接受的鹽，實驗表明，本發明提供的化合物對HEK293轉染細胞中hURAT1轉運尿酸具有十分良好的抑制作用，顯示該類化合物在治療高尿酸血症或痛風方面具有良好的應用前景。
