A wheelchair with seat back extension means comprises a seat and a seat back provided on the seat. The seat back is provided at each of two ends thereof with an extending and positioning auxiliary part. The two ends of an extending plate body are each connected with one extending and positioning auxiliary part through a regulating and connecting member, and the two sides of the second ends of the extending plate body are each provided with an extending bar.
