The purpose of the invention is to prevent the intensity of an electric stimulus from being reduced while reducing the size of an electric stimulus signal generating device equipped with circuits capable of outputting individual electric stimulus signals to a plurality of electrodes. The electric stimulus signal generating device has: a power supply； a boost-up circuit； a capacitor； a controller； a plurality of voltage generating circuits for outputting first signals on the basis of signals output from the controller； a pulse generating circuit for outputting a second signal on the basis of a signal output from the controller； a plurality of pulse combining circuits provided corresponding to the voltage generating circuits and used for converting the first signals to pulse signals according to the second signal, amplifying the pulse signals, and outputting the amplified pulse signals； and a plurality of transformers for amplifying the signals output from the pulse combining circuits and outputting as electric stimulus signals. In the electric stimulus signal generating device, the capacitor supplies operation power to the pulse combining circuits.
