PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide food that is convenient and has an excellent health promotion effect in a method of orally taking the food that contains a far infrared radiation substance for the purpose of promoting health utilizing far infrared rays.SOLUTION: Fine grains of the far infrared radiation substance comprising ceramics, charcoal or bamboo charcoal is mixed into yogurt to enhance a health promotion function, or fine grains of the far infrared radiation substance, dry powder of Konjak (paste made from the starch of devils tongue), dried brewers yeast and dried yogurt powder are mixed and formed in tablets or packed into capsules digested in the body to provide the food easily taken by mouth, convenient and having a health promotion effect.
