The invention pertains to a method for determining a piece of datarepresenting a cerebral marker,said piece of data being obtained from at least one brain network involved inthe performance of agiven task, the method being implemented by means of an electronic devicecomprising means toobtain data on encephalographic activities. Such a method comprises:a step of processing (10) data on encephalographic activities, delivering atleast one functionalconnectivity matrix representing connectivity between cortical sources derivedfrom said data onencephalographic activities, each coefficient of said matrix representingconnectivity between twocortical sources；a step of statistical analysis (20) of said at least one functionalconnectivity matrix delivering aprobabilistic matrix of presence of at least one brain network；a step of characterizing (30) said at least one brain network on the basis ofsaid at least onefunctional connectivity matrix and of said statistical analysis, delivering atleast one brain networkmatrix；a step of obtaining (40) a cerebral marker as a function of said at least onebrain network matrix.
