The present invention concerns a system for monitoring the state of health of a person, comprising at least two units (1, 3, 4) intended to be positioned in the home (9) of the person, and a remote server (5). According to the invention, each of the units (1, 3, 4) comprises at least two environmental data sensors, measuring environmental data in the room in which the unit (1, 3, 4) is positioned, and sending them to the remote server (5). The remote server (5) analyses the environmental data, associating a combination of environmental data originating from different sensors with an activity of said person. The invention also relates to a monitoring method implementing such a system.La présente invention concerne un système de surveillance de l'état de santé d'une personne, comprenant au moins deux boîtiers (1, 3, 4) destinés à être placés dans le domicile (9) de la personne, et un serveur distant (5). Selon l'invention, chacun des boîtiers (1, 3, 4) comporte au moins deux capteurs de données d'environnement, mesurant des données d'environnement dans la pièce dans laquelle le boîtier (1, 3, 4) est placé, et les envoyant vers le serveur distant (5). Le serveur distant (5) analyse les données d'environnement, en associant une combinaison de données d'environnement provenant de différents capteurs à une activité de ladite personne. L'invention concerne également un procédé de surveillance mettant en œuvre un tel système.
