PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of treatment or prevention of bone-related diseases, in particular, osteoporosis.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a combined pharmaceutical preparation comprising parathyroid hormone and a bone resorption inhibitor. The preparation is adapted for (a) administration of parathyroid hormone during a period of approximately 6 to 24 months； and (b) after the administration of parathyroid hormone has been terminated, administration of the bone resorption inhibitor during a period of approximately 12 to 36 months. The bone resorption inhibitor is a bisphosphonate, estrogen, a selective estrogen receptor modulator such as tamoxifene, calcitonin, etc.【課題】骨関連疾患、特に骨粗鬆症の治療または予防の方法の提供。【解決手段】(a)ほぼ6から24カ月の期間にわたる副甲状腺ホルモンの投与、および(b)副甲状腺ホルモンの投与終了後のほぼ12から36カ月の期間にわたる骨吸収抑制剤の投与に関して適合化された製剤である、副甲状腺ホルモンおよび骨吸収抑制剤を含む複合型薬学的製剤。骨吸収抑制剤はビスフォスフォネート、エストロゲン、選択的エストロゲン受容体調節因子たとえばタモキシフェン、カルシトニン等である。【選択図】なし
