PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a far-infrared radiation material which contains no harmful heavy metals or radioactive materials for effective action of far-infrared on human body, and a method for using the far-infrared radiation material which reaches small bowel by oral dosage so as to be exposed to far-infrared through the surface of small bowel for health promotion through enhancement of immune strength.SOLUTION: The far-infrared radiation material formed of a single or mixture of ceramic powder (fine grain) and wood or bamboo charcoal powder (fine grain), which has function of far-infrared radiation and is not digested or absorbed in a human body, is mixed with a water-soluble salt.
