According to the present invention, provided is a tooth movement method using a 3D printer, which comprises the steps of: scanning oral cavity of a patient by using an intra-oral scanner correcting, by a dental terminal, data by using the scanned oral data transmitting the corrected oral data of the patient to a 3D printer by a server, and creating and outputting an orthodontic model by the 3D printer vacuum-pressing a transparent synthetic resin plate onto the orthodontic model created through a vacuum molder in order to generate a transparent-dental brace coating, with a transparent silicon, a part where the transparent-dental brace is in contact with gums and teeth receiving, by a coater, information on the age, gums condition, or decayed tooth of the patient through a communication unit from the server coating, by the coater, the transparent-dental brace with a hexamedine solution when the patient has a gum disease and coating, by the coater, the transparent-dental brace with a fluorine solution when the patient has a decayed tooth.
