The present invention relates to a pillow for alleviating snoring. The disclosed pillow for alleviating snoring comprises: a pillow main body which supports a head of a user who sleeps； a capacitance sensing unit which senses change of capacitance when a users body comes in contact with the same； a sensing unit which senses users snoring； a pair of left and right air bags which are located on left and right sides, coming in contact with the head, of a portion in a center of the pillow main body, are expanded with inserted air, and can be contracted by pressure applied by the head while only one of the left air bag and the right air bag can be independently expanded or contracted in accordance with snoring sensing of the sensing unit； an air pump which expands the air bags by injecting air into one of the air bags through an air hose for a predetermined time and then stopping the injection； a valve which prevents air from being discharged and maintains an expanded condition of the air bags, as the valve is closed when air is injected into the air bag, and is opened and discharges air from the air bag when a predetermined time elapses； and a control unit which moves air flow in one direction, operates the air pump when a Y-type fitting, connecting the air pump, the air bags, and the valve with the air hose, and the sensing unit sense snoring, and controls expansion of the air bags.
