PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily treat an affected part while observing the state of the affected part and a treatment tool treating the affected part through an endoscopic image.SOLUTION: The endoscope includes: a curved portion 6 provided on the leading end side of a slender insertion portion which can be inserted into a body a channel 7 formed to extend through the insertion portion in the longitudinal direction, and having an opening 7a on the leading end side of the insertion portion and an objective optical system 4 provided on the leading end side inside the insertion portion, and converging light from the inside of the body to form an image.
