Then the same manoeuvres are carried out on other side of the body. When involving the left side of the body, right-side vertebral rotation is performed, while the right-side exposure requires left-side rotation. After 6-9 rotations in each of the manoeuvres specified above, the rotation amplitude is increased. Then the patient is exposed while laying on one side: traction of the patients paravertebral back muscles C7 to 1.5 combined with lifting and lowering the patients head to complete muscular relaxation, then external rotation of the shovel to complete romb-like muscular relaxation, at first from one side, then on the other side, then traction of the neck muscles using conventional muscular-power techniques traction of the suboccipital muscles increasing the traction amplitude every time, C0-C1 vertebral traction within an external occipital aperture.
