Disclosed is a blood-compatible polymer represented by formula 1. A polymer in which fluorinated methacrylate is grafted to a polyvinylidene fluoride copolymer, according to an aspect of the present invention, is a polymer with blood compatibility, through which it is possible to provide a blood-compatible material with hydrophobicity. It is also possible to provide a material in which a contact angle and surface energy properties are controlled by adjusting the length of hydrogen fluoride of fluorinated methacrylate monomers for modification. Moreover, it is possible to provide a coating with surface properties and blood compatibility that are adjusted through a simple process. Furthermore, it is possible to provide a free-standing polymer film with blood compatibility.L'invention concerne un polymère compatible avec le sang représenté par la formule 1. Selon un aspect de la présente invention, le polymère est un polymère dans lequel un méthacrylate fluoré est greffé sur un copolymère de poly(fluorure de vinylidène) et qui est un polymère doté d'une compatibilité avec le sang, grâce auquel il est possible de produire un matériau compatible avec le sang doté d'un caractère hydrophobe. Il est également possible de produire un matériau pour lequel un angle de contact et des propriétés d'énergie de surface sont réglés par ajustement de la longueur de fluorure d'hydrogène de monomères méthacrylates fluorés utilisés pour la modification.
