PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agent for improving sagging skin and elasticity, which improves the sagging skin due to aging and imparts an elastic touch to the skin, and to provide a composition which has an effect for inhibiting the proliferation and metastasis of cancer cells.SOLUTION: Glucose-1-phosphate having an effect for promoting the production of integrin and vinculin is contained as an active ingredient, and thereby the interaction of skin fibroblasts with an extracellular matrix is activated so that the elastic touch is imparted to the skin.
