The present invention relates to a vinyl covering device which opens a vinyl roll and covers vinyl on the ground or plowed rows in an orchard. The vinyl covering device comprises: a main frame which has a horizontal bar in the horizontal and longitudinal direction of the vinyl roll, through-holes inside the horizontal bar from one end thereof to the other end thereof in the horizontal direction, wheels which are arranged at front opposite portions of the horizontal bar, angle adjustment units which are formed in a fan shape at rear opposition portions of the horizontal bar, and a plurality of fixing holes formed along the arc of the angle adjustment unit； pair of vinyl roll holding means which are installed to face each other at the through-holes at opposite portions of the main frame and to be movable in the direction of facing each other, and fix opposite sides of the vinyl roll； a first fixing means which is arranged at upper opposite portions of the main frame and fixes the pair of vinyl roll holding means installed at opposite portions of the main frame after being moved； a handle unit whose opposite lower portions are hinge-coupled respectively to the angle adjustment units and whose angle is adjusted by being rotated in a vertical direction； a second fixing means which is installed at a lower portion of the handle unit and fixes the handle unit according to the rotated angle of the handle unit hinge-coupled to the angle adjustment units of the main frame； and an operating means in which which a lever connected to a wire is installed on the other side of the handle unit, and which releases the fixing between the handle unit and the angle adjustment unit by releasing the connection between the second fixing means and the fixing holes by the operation of the lever as one end of the wire connected to the lever is connected with the second fixing means.본 발명은 비닐이 롤 형태로 감긴 비닐롤을 과수원의 지면 또는 밭이랑에 펼쳐 씌우는 비닐 피복기에 있어서, 상기 비닐롤의 수평 길이방향으로 수평바가 형성되고, 수평바의 일측부로부터 타측 수평방향으로 내부
