The present invention thus relates to a composition, in particular anti-aging agent, comprising: - 30 to 95% by weight of dimethylisosorbide DMI, and - 1 to 30% by weight of the endo isomer of the monomethylisosorbide MMIa, and - 1 to 30% by weight of the exo isomer of the monomethylisosorbide MMIb, and - 0 to 10% by weight of isosorbide ISB, the percentages being expressed relative to the total weight of the composition. The invention also relates to a process for preparation of such a composition, as well as a cosmetic composition using such an anti-aging agent. La présente invention a ainsi pour objet une composition, en particulier agent anti-âge, comprenant :- 30 à 95% en poids de diméthylisosorbide DMI, et- 1 à 30% en poids de l’isomère endo du monométhylisosorbide MMIa, et- 1 à 30% en poids de l’isomère exo du monométhylisosorbide MMIb, et - 0 à 10% en poids d’isosorbide ISB,les pourcentages s’exprimant par rapport au poids total de la composition.L’invention concerne également un procédé de préparation d’une telle composition, ainsi qu’une composition cosmétique mettant en œuvre un tel agent anti-âge.
