PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To plug an ear plug equipped with a connector suitable to be detachably connected to an attaching object such as a cord.SOLUTION: An ear plug 20 includes an ear plug body 21 inserted into an external auditory canal and a connector 22 integrated with the ear plug body 21. The noise insulation rating (NRR) of the ear plug body 21 is 24 dB or more. The connector 22 includes a buried part 22A extending inside from the end part 21a opposite to the insertion side of the ear plug body 21, and an exposed part 22B extending outside from the end part 21a opposite to the insertion side of the ear plug body 21. The exposed part 22B is connected to the end part of a cord 30. The connector 22 is composed of one string 24. The buried part 22A is formed by burying both end parts 24a and 24b of the string 24, which are arranged in parallel, inside the ear plug body 21. The exposed part 22B includes an annular part 22C.
