The invention provides a femoral neck resurfacing device with screw-selflocking mechanism and highly anatomic fitness for replacing an animal hip joint. The femoral neck resurfacing device of the invention is mounted at an end of an animal bone and comprises a shell. The shell has an inner surface for contacting with the end of the animal bone. The inner surface has a mesh structure, for the bone tissue attaching the shell after surgery. The shell further comprises a hollow structure, for avoiding the blood vessel and the nerve of the animal bone. A first hole and a second hole are formed in the shell. The extension directions of the first hole and the second hole is capable of intersecting in the animal bone. The femoral neck resurfacing device of the invention further comprises a first screw and a second screw or a nail, a first screw and a second screw, for locking the shell at the end of the animal bone. In addition, the invention further provides a locking device for locking the femoral neck resurfacing device. The locking device comprises a first location module and a second location module, for generating a first location hole and a second location hole at the end of the animal bone respectively, and locking the first screw and the second screw in the animal bone through the first location hole and the second location hole respectively.
