The present invention relates to a polygonal artificial reef. To have a more improved form by deviating from the concept of a conventional artificial reef, the polygonal artificial reef of the present invention is formed in several layers to specialize a related structure, and has a structure in which polygonal supports and cylindrical structures disposed to face and cross each other are coupled. The polygonal artificial reef is formed to have eight sizes according to water depth, and a breathing place, a feeding place, a spawning place, and a fish resource protecting place are separated, and thus the polygonal artificial reef is protected from a strong sea current. A safe space avoiding large predatory fish is provided, and planktons are increased by generating oxygen through the vortex of water. By using a Manila rope, seaweeds can be easily proliferated. Also, a cobble is filled in a bottom structure, so the center of gravity can be safely ensured. A loss caused by a strong sea current and desorption from an appointed place can be minimized.
