PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the bone mineral content by excluding a calcified region which is quantitatively determined from a measurement object of the bone mineral content.SOLUTION: A bone mineral distribution data generation section 24 generates bone mineral distribution data on the basis of detected values output from an X-ray detection section 12 and outputs it to a region-of-interest data extraction section 26. The region-of-interest data extraction section 26 extracts region-of-interest data from the bone mineral distribution data and outputs it to a calcified region setting section 28 and a measured value operation section 30. The calcified region setting section 28 generates calcified region data corresponding to the region-of-interest data on the basis of the region-of-interest data. The calcified region data is formed by associating information as to whether each pixel belongs to the calcified region or not with the position of each of pixels indicated by the region-of-interest data. The measured value operation section 30 refers to the calcified region data, subjects the region-of-interest data to integration processing excluding the calcified region, and acquires the bone mineral content of an object bone in a subject 16.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】定量的に決定された石灰化領域を骨塩量の測定対象から除外して骨塩量を測定することを目的とする。【解決手段】骨塩分布データ生成部24は、X線検出部12から出力された検出値に基づいて、骨塩分布データを生成し、関心領域データ抽出部26に出力する。関心領域データ抽出部26は、骨塩分布データから関心領域データを抽出し、石灰化領域設定部28および測定値演算部30に出力する。石灰化領域設定部28は、関心領域データに基づいて、その関心領域データに対する石灰化領域データを生成する。石灰化領域データは、関心領域データが示す各画素の位置に、各画素が石灰化領域に属するか否かの情報を対応付けたものである。測定値演算部30は、石灰化領域データを参照し、関心領域データに対し、石灰化領域を除外した積算処理を実行し、被検体16内の対象骨の骨塩量を求める。【選択図】図1
