The present invention relates to a disposable ray electrode for a low output phototherapy device used for a PAMS technology based low output phototherapy device. In order to obtain an accurate phototherapy effect, electrode information such as a wavelength of a ray, an intensity of a ray, an irradiation period of a ray, a purpose, a manufacturer, which are important parameters are displayed with letters, numbers, and symbols, and a ray electrode contaminated by impurities, such as sweat or fat, which are secreted from the human body during a low output phototherapy may be discarded without being recycled after the phototherapy so that it cannot be used for another patient. According to the present invention, a patient that receives a phototherapy can accurately identify a wavelength of a ray, an intensity of a ray, an irradiation period of a ray, a purpose, a manufacturer, which are displayed on a ray electrode to improve a therapy effect, and can easily determine and purchase a ray electrode suitable for his or her own disease therapy. Further, a clear ray electrode can be always used because the ray electrode contaminated after the phototherapy can be discarded.
