PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nurse call system which can manage positions of individual nurses without an operation by the nurse and performs call control while taking an actual distance between a nurse and a patient into account.SOLUTION: A nurse call system includes: IMES transmitters 9 installed in appropriate positions portable terminals 4 each including a GPS communication part 4a receiving a position signal from the IMES transmitter 9 and adding an own ID and transmitting the position signal and an IMES server 10 including a portable terminal position storage part 11 receiving the position signal transmitted by the portable terminal 4 and stores the position information of the individual portable terminals 4, a bed position storage part 12 storing positions of individual nurse call slave machines 1, and a server CPU 15 measuring a distance between the nurse call slave machine 1 as a call source and the portable terminal 4. A control machine 5 receives a call from a patient, transmits a call source information to the IMES server 10, causes the IMES server to select the portable terminal 4 satisfying a predetermined condition containing a distance condition with respect to the nurse call slave machine 1 as the call source, and transmits a call signal to the portable terminal 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】 看護師が操作すること無く個々の看護師の位置を管理でき、看護師と患者との間の実際の距離を加味して呼出制御を行う。【解決手段】 適宜場所にIMES送信機9を設置すると共に、携帯端末4がIMES送信機9から位置信号を受信して自身のIDを付加して発信するGPS通信部4aを具備し、携帯端末4が発信した位置信号を受信して個々の携帯端末4の位置情報を保存する携帯端末位置記憶部11と、個々のナースコール子機1の位置を記憶するベッド位置記憶部12と、呼出元のナースコール子機1と携帯端末4との距離を計測するサーバCPU15とを備えたIMESサーバ10を備えた。制御機5は、患者からの呼び出しを受けて、IMESサーバ10に呼出元情報を送信して呼出元のナースコール子機1に対して距離の条件を含む所定の条件を満たす携帯端末4を選択させ、その携帯端末4に呼出信号を送信する。【選択図】 図1
