The present invention is aimed to provide a dried material of an extract of the inflammatory skin of rabbits inoculated with viral vaccine, which has inhibitory effect on kallikrein production, and a method for producing the same.In order to produce an oral solid preparation containing an extract of the inflammatory skin of rabbits inoculated with viral vaccine as the active ingredient, the present invention provides a method for producing a dried material of said extract, comprising, during drying, adding sugar, sugar alcohol or ascorbic acid to the extract before the extract is completely dried. By this method, a dried material having inhibitory effect on kallikrein production can be obtained, and said dried material can be used in production of an oral solid preparation such as a tablet.
