The invention concerns a carrier system for a medical device worn on the body comprising a flexible carrier plaster (12) which has a flat carrier layer (20) and an adhesive coating (36) thereon consisting of a pressure sensitive adhesive which adheres on the skin of a body part, and further comprising a platform (14) which is positioned on the upper side of the carrier layer (20) for mounting the device, wherein the platform (14) has a bottom joining area (34) which is joined to the upper side of the carrier layer (20) by means of a structural adhesive which is applied as a bead along predefined adherend tracks (38,40).
