The present invention relates to a receptor bound domain of an IgE-dependent histamine releasing factor (HRF) and use of the same. More specifically, FL domain and H2 domain, which are bound to an HRF receptor, existing on cell membrane as a part of an HRF structure, have been confirmed, and C-terminus of the HRF has also been confirmed. By confirming the binding material, for binding the FL domain, H2 domain and C-terminus, as an inhibitor of the secretion capacity of IL-8, the FL, H2 domains and C-terminus are utilized to develop cures, preventions and screening methods for HRF-related diseases including malaria and inflammatory diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, bronchiectasis, rhinitis, atopic dermatitis, rashes, hay fever, conjunctivitis, anaphylaxis allergies, pneumonia, arthritis, nephritis, psoriasis, dermatitis, Crohn&prime；s disease, enteritis, gingivitis, arteriosclerosis, coronary arteritis, hepatitis, Behcet&prime；s disease, bladder cancer, prostatitis, pyelonephritis, glomerulonephritis, osteomyelitis, thyroiditis, uveitis, abdominal infection, meningitis, pulmonary fibrosis, and rheumatic arthritis.본 발명은 IgE-의존적 히스타민 방출인자(IgE-dependent histamine releasing factor: HRF)의 수용체 결합 도메인 및 이의 용도에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, HRF 구조 부위로서 세포막에 존재하는 HRF의 수용체에 결합하는 FL 도메인 및 H2 도메인을 확인하였고, HRF의 C-말단을 확인하였으며, 이들에 대한 결합 물질이 IL-8의 분비능을 억제시키는 것을 확인함으로써, 상기 FL, H2 도메인 및 C-말단을 이용하여 천식, 기관지염, 만성폐쇄성폐질환, 기관지확장증, 비염, 아토피 피부염, 두드러기, 건초열, 결막염, 아나필락시스의 알레르기 질환, 기관지염, 폐렴, 관절염. 신장염, 건선, 피부염, 크론병, 장염, 치은염, 동맥경화증, 관상동맥염, 간염, 베체트병, 방광암, 전립선염, 신우신염, 사구체신염, 골수염, 갑상선염, 포도막염, 복강염, 수막염, 폐섬유화증, 류마티스 관절염 등 염증성 질환 및 말라리아를 포함한 HRF 관련 질환의 치료제 개발 및 예방, HRF 관련 질환의 스크리닝 방법으로 유용하게 이용할 수 있음을 규명하였다.
