PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide oily cleansing cosmetics that can be used without problems such as a decreased detergency, and cloudiness even in the conditions that the hands or the skin is wet, as well as the cosmetics being able to be washed out easily.SOLUTION: An oily cleansing cosmetic contains the following components (A) and (B): (A) one or more of polyoxyethylene-20 glyceryl triisostearate or polyoxyethylene-20 glyceryl trioleate； and (B) decaglyceryl monoisostearate.
