The device has a set of hemodynamic sensors that is arranged to deliver a signal (EA) that is representative of blood flow in left cavities of myocardium. A set of movement sensors is arranged to deliver a signal (LVW) that is representative of displacement of wall of left ventricle of myocardium. An analysis unit is arranged for determining a closing moment (AC) of an aortic valve i.e. semilunar valve. Another analysis unit determines a peak moment of contraction of left ventricle, and cancels delay in the contraction of left ventricle after closing of the aortic valve.
