PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting magnet device capable of generating a stable strength magnetic field.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a superconducting wire and a liner member which are wound to a bobbin. The liner member is characterized in that it is arranged at least on an upper end and a lower end in an inner side of the bobbin, and on the upper end and the lower end in an outer side of the bobbin.
