A device for manipulating surgical suture material, including: a body； a sluice that is functionally connected to the body and adapted to: extend from the body； rotate, after moving out of the body, regardless of the body； capture a portion of the surgical suture material that has passed through the tissue during rotation； and fixing this section of surgical suture material. 2. The surgical suture manipulation device according to claim 1, characterized in that the body has a length and includes: a shaft located inside the body and rotating relative to a center line running along the length of the body； an igloo at the distal end of the body, adapted for: fixing a section of surgical suture material； piercing tissue； and the release, after piercing the tissue, of this section of the surgical suture material. 3. The surgical suture manipulation device according to claim 2, characterized in that the needle is curved. 4. The surgical suture manipulation device according to claim 2, characterized in that the needle releases a portion of the surgical suture before this portion of the surgical suture is trapped.
