The present invention relates to a cover-type cold-keeping container for accommodating and transporting fresh goods including agricultural and aquatic products. The cover-type cold-keeping container comprises: a cover sheet which includes a lower sheet positioned under fresh goods, an upper sheet positioned above the fresh goods, and a side sheet, the upper and lower ends of which are connected to the upper sheet and the lower sheet to surround the side of the fresh goods and which is provided with an accommodation space for accommodating the fresh goods therein and a cold air means which is inserted into a plurality of accommodation units formed in the side sheet, emits cold air into the accommodation space, and includes a phase change material (PCM) package having one side positioned in a direction facing the fresh goods and emitting cold air, and dry ice positioned on the other side of the PCM package. According to the present invention, the weight is light so it is easy to carry the container, it is possible to economically reduce the burden of airfare, the container is formed with a cover sheet made of a flexible material and is not limited to the capacity and size of fresh goods, and it is possible to improve efficiency and economic feasibility.본 발명은 농산물 또는 수산물을 포함하는 신선물품을 수납 운반하기 위한 수송용 커버식 보냉 컨테이너로서, 신선물품을 감쌀 수 있도록 플렉서블한 단열재질로 형성되며, 신선물품의 저면에 위치하는 하부시트와, 신선물품의 상면에 위치하는 상부시트와, 어기 신선물품의 측면을 감싸도록 상하단부가 상부시트와 하부시트에 각각 연결되고 신선물품을 내부에 수용하는 수용공간이 형성되도록 하는 측면시트를 포함하는 커버시트 및 측면시트에 형성된 복수개의 수납부에 삽입되어 수용공간으로 냉기를 발산하되, 일측면이 신선물품과 대면하는 방향에 위치하여 냉기를 발산하는 PCM(Phase change material)패키지와, PCM패키지의 타측면에 위치하는 드라이아이스를 포함하는 냉기수단을 포함하는 수송용 커버식 보냉 컨테이너를 제공한다. 상기한 바에 따르면 무게가 가볍기 때문에 운반이 용이하고 항공료 부담을 줄일 수 있어 경제적이며, 플렉서블한 재질의 커버시트를 통하여 이루어져 신선물품의 용량 및 크기에 제약을 받지 않아 효율성 및 경제성을 향상시킬 수 있다.
