The present invention relates to a preparation in which a component exhibiting a sunscreen effect is enclosed in a nanoparticle where an amine group of a phenylalanine derivative is bonded to a carboxyl group of poly-gamma-glutamic acid, and a cosmetic composition including the preparation.
