PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing natural complex extract is provided to remove cellulite and to improve skin elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition for slimming contains 0.001-50 wt% of complex extract of bitter buckwheat buds, ginsengs, and Artemisia iwayomogi. The bitter buckwheat bud extract and ginseng extract is prepared by glycolytic enzyme.
