This invention relates to a response procedure for response format type self-concept questionnaire framework that combines double-dichotomy and graphical rating scale. Firstly, an examiner reads out a question and students listen to the question and watch a communication diagram at the same time. After that, the students choose either a major positive option or a major negative option according to their own situations. If a major positive option is chosen, the examiner will then ask a plurality of positive options and students watch a plurality of positive emoticons and choose the one that meets their own situation most. On the other hand, if a major negative option is chosen, the examiner will then ask a plurality of negative options and students watch a plurality of positive emoticons and choose one on them.
