An apparatus for correcting the functional status of a human operator is used. The apparatus comprises a central control unit connected to a storage unit, a stimulus generating unit and an analysis unit. The stimulus generating unit is connected to a stimulation unit. The output of the analysis unit is connected to the central control unit. The apparatus additionally includes a unit for measuring and processing an electrical cardio signal and a heart rate determining unit.
