PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rod guide that makes distance casting automatic in sea fishing.SOLUTION: A cast plate 2 is rotatably connected with a fulcrum shaft 3 in the front part of a base plate 1. The base plate 1 is provided with a storage part for storing a stationary piece 19. A fishing line attached with the stationary piece 19 midway is fastened, through a stationary piece passage 11 of the cast plate 2 from the rear part of the base plate 1, with a device at the tip end. The cast plate 2 rotates by centrifugal force of the device at the time of distance casting, with the stationary piece 19 released to make the device jump out to the sea.
