CONSTITUTION: A piston structure of a power spray comprises: a body(10) which is equipped with a plurality of recesses in the outer circumference thereof, an incline on both sides thereof, and a through-groove； and a coating(20) which adheres closely to the inner circumference of a cylinder and generates high pressure fluid through reciprocating motion. The coating is equipped with an airtight rim projected from the body in order to improve airtightness in the inner circumference of the cylinder.본 발명은 동력분무기(1)의 실린더(2)내에 크랭크축과 연결되어 흡입한 유체를 압축하여 고압의 유체를 발생시키는 피스톤의 구조에 있어서: 상기 크랭크축의 로드(L)에 삽입 고정되게 관통홈(11)을 구비하고, 양면에 경사면(12)과 함께 외주면에 다수의 요홈(13)을 구비하는 동체(10)； 및 상기 동체(10)상에 고무층을 인서트사출을 통해 일체로 성형하고, 실린더(2)의 내주면에 기밀력을 향상하도록 동체(10)로부터 돌출되는 기밀테(21)와 밀착되어 왕복운동으로 고압의 유체를 발생시키는 피복체(20)；로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.이에 따라 본 발명은 동체에 형성된 경사면과 요홈을 통하여 피복체가 높은 압력을 견딜 수 있도록 내구력을 개선함에 따라 기밀성을 현저히 높이면서 피스톤의 변형에 따른 파손 및 마모를 방지하여 수명이 연장되고 펌프의 효율을 극대화 시키는 효과가 있다.
