PURPOSE: A grain puffing apparatus capable of easily cleaning and repairing is provided to enable users to easily separate a cylinder without using a separate tool. CONSTITUTION: A grain puffing apparatus comprises the following: a main body including an outlet case(13) in a cylinder form with a first grain inlet(12)； a screw(20) including a first spiral unit(21) for rotating by the operation of a motor for transferring and compressing grains； a cylinder(30) compressing the grains with the screw, and self-heating the grains to obtain gel； a puffing unit combined to the outlet case, and puffing the grain gel； a first cylinder(31) including a second grain inlet(31a) and a second spiral unit； and a second cylinder(32) including a third spiral unit on the inner circumference.본 발명은 곡물 퍼핑 장치를 개시한 것으로, 이러한 본 발명은 스크류의 외주면을 감싸는 실린더를 이중의 대칭 구조물로 분할 구성함은 물론, 이중의 대칭 구조물인 실린더의 외주면이 테이퍼지도록 구성한 것이며, 이를 통해 곡물 퍼핑시에는 원통형의 구조를 이루는 반면, 그 분리 작업시에는 이중의 대칭 구조물인 실린더를 하나씩 분리시키도록 하여, 곡물의 압축시 그 압축에 따른 자체 발열로 곡물 찌꺼기가 팽창하면서 스크류의 외주면과 실린더의 내주면에 달라 붙더라도 실린더를 별도의 공구에 의한 타격작업없이 손쉽게 분리시킬 수 있도록 하고, 이를 통해 곡물 퍼핑이 이루어진 이후에 곡물 퍼핑 장치에 대한 청소나 보수작업이 용이하게 이루어지도록 한 거이다.
