PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostimulator capable of switchingly giving, with a simple operation, a therapy of detecting myoelectric signals of the numb limbs with the less number of electrodes to give electric stimulation signals based on the myoelectric signals, and a therapy of giving, to the numb limbs, electric stimulation signals based on the detection of myoelectric signals of a healthy limbs.SOLUTION: An electrostimulator includes, as therapy modes, a first therapy mode of bringing electrodes 2 for both myoelectric detection and electric stimulation into contact with suitable parts of the numb limbs of a patient to detect myoelectric potential signals, and outputting electric stimulation signals based on the myoelectric potential signals to the electrodes 2 for both myoelectric detection and electric stimulation by an electric stimulation means, and a second therapy mode of bringing the electrodes 2 for both myoelectric detection and electric stimulation into contact with suitable parts of the healthy limbs of a subject patient or another person other than the subject patient, then bringing the electrode 2 for electric stimulation into contact with the numb limbs of the patient, outputting myoelectric potential signals by the electrodes 2 for both myoelectric detection and electric stimulation, and outputting electric stimulation signals based on the myoelectric signals to electrodes 3 for electric stimulation by the electric stimulating means.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】より少ない電極数で麻痺のある肢体の筋電信号を検出しこの筋電信号に基づく電気刺激信号を付与する施療と、健常な肢体の筋電信号検出に基づく電気刺激信号を麻痺のある肢体に付与する施療を簡単な操作で切り替えて行える電気刺激装置を提供する。【解決手段】施療モードとして、患者の麻痺のある肢体の適宜箇所に筋電検出・電気刺激両用電極2を接触させて筋電位信号を検出し、筋電位信号に基づく電気刺激信号を電気刺激手段が筋電検出・電気刺激両用電極2に出力する第一の施療モードと、対象患者または対象患者以外の他者の健常な肢体の適宜箇所に筋電検出・電気刺激両用電極2を接触させた上、患者の麻痺のある肢体に電気刺激用電極2を接触させて、筋電検出・電気刺激両用電極2で筋電位信号を出し、電気刺激手段はこの筋電位信号に基づく電気刺激信号を電気刺激用電極3に出力する第二の施療モードとを有する。【選択図】図3
