The present invention relates to a health abnormality detection method, a health abnormality detection device, and a computer program using face monitoring and thermal image monitoring. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a face monitoring function and a thermal image monitoring function configured to monitor a person's health abnormality through an unmanned monitoring process by executing a face monitoring function and a high temperature monitoring function using a thermal image together.
