Disclosed is a neck pillow which stably supports cervical vertebra connected to a head of a human in a lie-down posture to correct a form thereof into a C shape. For the purpose, the present invention provides a pillow comprising: a head support portion composed of a central support portion having a curved recess surface, and a side support portion formed to be extended from both ends of the central support portion, and have a plurality of punched holes on the upper part thereof and an insertion-joint groove communicating with each punched hole in order to be able to support a head when a user lies on side； a neck support portion disposed on the front side of the central support portion and having a curved projecting surface to support a neck in a C shape； and a housing inserted and joined into the insertion-joint groove and having a through-hole formed on the side opposite to the punched hole. According to the present invention, sleeping operation is not interfered and a C shape of cervical vertebra is naturally maintained, and muscles are helped to be relaxed, thereby enabling a user to correct and treat cervical vertebra.누워있는 자세에서 사람의 두부와 연결되는 경추를 안정적으로 지지하여 경추의 형태를 C자형으로 교정해 주는 목 베개가 개시된다. 이를 위하여 라운드지게 함몰된 함몰면이 형성된 중앙 받침부, 및 옆으로 누울 경우 머리 받침이 가능하도록 상기 중앙 받침부의 양측으로 연장 형성되고 상부에 복수개의 타공홀이 형성되며 하부에 각 타공홀에 연통된 끼움결합홈이 형성된 측면 받침부로 구성된 머리 받침부와, 상기 중앙 받침부의 전방에 구비되고, 라운드지게 돌출된 볼록면이 형성되어 목을 C자 형상으로 지지하는 목 받침부, 및 상기 끼움결합홈에 끼움 결합되고 상기 타공홀에 마주보는 측면에 관통홀이 형성된 하우징를 포함하는 경추 교정용 입체형 다기능 베개를 제공할 수 있다. 본 발명에 의하면, 수면 동작을 방해하지 않고, 자연스럽게 경추의 C자형을 유지시켜 주며 근육의 이완을 도와주어 경추의 교정 및 치료가 가능한 효과를 제공한다.
