The present invention provides a working chair easy to wear by a waist belt, and for allowing a user to sit straight as a chair body is in close contact with the hip when sitting. To achieve the objective of the present invention, the working chair comprises: a chair body having a predetermined height； a waist belt extended from the upper part of the chair body, and having a fastening means to be fastened or released by surrounding the waist； a fixing belt extended from the lower part of the chair body, and connected to the waist belt to allow the chair body to close contact with the hip； a hanging belt extended from the fixing belt, connected to the lower side of the chair body inside more than the fixing belt, and placed across the lower part of the hip； and an elastic member prepared in the hanging belt to allow the hanging belt to be in close contact with the lower part of the hip by being extended when a worker squats down or stands straight. According to the present invention, as a waist belt and a fixing belt are extended from the upper part and the lower part of a chair body, a fixing belt is integrally connected to the waist belt, and thereby a working chair can be easily worn by only operation of fastening or releasing the waist belt. Moreover, while a chair body is in close contact with the hip by a waist belt and a fixing belt, a hanging belt is located over the lower part of the hip.
