The technical field of the present invention relates to preventing approach of bees by inserting, in a capsule, the gel produced by extracting oil from peppermint, citronella, and lemon eucalyptus, which are the kinds of herb with a scent which the bee dislikes, and by mixing the oil with purified water at a certain ratio. A capsule-type repellent can be produced by using an eco-friendly method of extracting concentrate from natural materials, which are herb and other plants, to prevent approach of bees, thereby preventing accidents by the bee. The present invention uses the characteristics of the scent of natural plants and the keen sense of smell of the bee. In particular, since bees can detect a scent beyond 500 meters with the evolved keen sense of smell, an accident by bees can be prevented by using a bee repellent formed of peppermint, eucalyptus, lemon eucalyptus, and citronella with natural fragrances capable of preventing approach of the bee. People are killed by bees every year, in particular from August to September on which people frequently visit their ancestral graves and 60% of accidents by bees take place at that time. Thus, the present product enables a user to carry the capsule-type bee repellent, thereby preventing accidents by attack of bees, and can fundamentally block approach of the bee, which is sensitive to scent, around graves, thereby securing the safety of visitors to their ancestral tombs.
