PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable easy-to-wear pants-type diaper and method for determining easiness of wearing the diaper.SOLUTION: A back waist area 12 of the disposable pants-type diaper includes an upper elastic area 61r with the width of at least 40 mm, and a lower elastic area 62r that is adjacent to the upper elastic area 61r and has the width of at least 40 mm. A stretching magnification ratio of an elastic member 39 in the upper elastic area 61r and stretching force of the upper elastic areas 61r when stretching it to 1.7 times are smaller than a stretching magnification ratio of the elastic member 39 in the lower elastic area 62r and stretching force of the lower elastic area 62r when stretching it to 1.7 times. A maximum value of wearing pressure measured at a gluteal sulcus point in a process of clothing a human body dummy in the disposable pants-type diaper is between 0.5-1.5 N. The wearing easiness among disposable pants-type diapers is determined by comparing maximum values of the wearing pressure measured at the gluteal sulcus point when clothing the human body dummy in disposable pants-type diapers.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
