PURPOSE: A soybean-derived isoflavone amino acid derivative and a cosmetic composition containing the same are provided to improve collagen biosynthesis and to promote skin cell activity. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing an isoflavone amino acid derivative comprises: a step of stirring a crude extract of soybean isoflavone using beta-glucosidase at 30-45°；C and pH 3-5 for 1-4 hours to converting isoflavone glycon into an aglycon with hydroxy group； a step of dissolving isoflavone aglycon in dimethylsulfoxide and adding amino acid of Gln, Asn, Gly, Val, Ile, Phe, or Lys； a step of adding Novozyme 435； and a step of stirring at 60-80°；C for 12-60 hours.본 발명은 항산화 및 주름개선용 이소플라본 아미노산 유도체 및 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 더욱 구체적으로는 이소플라본 배당체를 비배당체로 변환하고 여기에 아미노산을 결합시킨 하기 화학식 I의 구조를 갖는 이소플라본 아미노산 유도체 및 그 제조방법 및 이를 포함하는 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다.[화학식 I]상술한 본 발명은 산소에의 안정성 및 피부 투과성이 우수하며, 피부 내 활성 산소를 제거하고 세포 손상 물질로부터 피부를 보호하는 효과가 뛰어나며, 피부세포의 활성을 촉진시켜 콜라겐 생합성을 향상시키는 효과를 통하여 항산화, 피부보호 및 주름개선에 우수한 효과가 있는 장점이 현저하다.
