The present invention relates to a nanocomposite for treatment of intractable cancer and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the nanocomposite. The nanocomposite of the present invention not only can specifically bind to cancer cells through a cancer-targeting moiety, but also can contain at least one hydrophilic and hydrophobic anticancer agent, thus having more potent anticancer activity. Moreover, the nanocomposite of the present invention is non-toxic, non-immunological and biocompatible and is harmless to human body.
