The forming die (121) has lamination regions (R1) for laminating the liquid-absorbing material and non-lamination regions (R2) provided in positions corresponding to slits (31) which is to be formed in the absorbent body (30). The absorbing material feed system (110) is provided with polymer feed ports (115) for feeding a superabsorbent polymer.
