The present invention relates to a portable CPR assist device, which comprises: a pressure control unit for supporting so as to control the pressure with respect to body condition； a pressure sensor for generating a pressure signal as sensing the pressure； a control unit for generating a buzzer signal above the set pressure corresponding to the pressure signal, and generating a lighting signal which directs a rate of cardiac compression corresponding a control of the pressure control unit； a buzzer for outputting a buzzer sound with respect to the buzzer signal； a lamp for lighting with respect to a lighting signal； and a power supply unit for supplying power to the control unit. According to the present invention, an appropriate pressure can be confirmed with respect to the body condition. In addition, an observer can immediately perform CPR by guiding and inducing an appropriate rate of cardiac compression, when having a patient with respiratory arrest and sudden cardiac arrest.본 발명은 휴대용 심폐소생술 보조장치에 관한 것으로서, 신체조건에 따라 압력을 조절할 수 있도록 지원하는 압력조절부와, 압력을 센싱하여 압력신호를 생성하는 압력센서와, 압력신호에 대응하여 설정압력 이상에서 부저신호를 생성하고, 압력조절부에서의 조절에 대응하여 심장압박 속도를 지시하는 점등신호를 생성하는 제어부와, 부저신호에 따라 부저음을 출력하는 부저와, 점등신호에 따라 점등이 이루어지는 램프와, 제어부로 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 신체 조건에 따라 적절한 압력을 확인할 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 적절한 심장압박 속도를 안내 유도함으로써 호흡중지 및 급성심정지 환자 발생시 목격자가 즉각 심폐소생술을 용이하게 시행할 수 있다.
