Each of the two lateral sides of the paper diaper is provided with a three-dimensional shield (3) for preventing side leakage. A water-absorbing layer (4), which is directly adhered on the three-dimensional shields (3) and the hydrophilic surface layer (1), is additionally mounted on each longitudinal end of the water-absorbing cotton core layer (2).
